Exposure in telecommunication laws and contract drafting/vetting.  Ability to draft legal opinions.  Ability to assist day to day Regulatory issues and Regulatory litigation.  Good command on written / spoken English.  Self-motivated, energetic, skilled and dedicated professional Computer literate.
