Job Description:
Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), a premier institution known for its academic excellence, requires committed and competent individuals for the following positions:

Director, Facilities and Engineering

Responsibilities:
* Overseeing Facilities and Engineering services, Utility and Energy Management, and Central Plant Operations;
* Coordinating, monitoring work progress & capital spending and providing periodic updates to the senior management;
* Ensuring optimum energy utilization;
* Delivering engineering services for improving the University’s infrastructure and providing consultation on maintenance issues;
* Adjusting budgets/schedules/workloads/resource requirements as necessary to accomplish deliverables within the University requirements and policy; and
* Working as a liaison with external agencies and Government/Civil departments regarding administrative matters.

Requirements:
The candidate must have a Bachelors degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering and have at least 15 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate should have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
