Job Description:
Planning and management of a specific segment’s life cycle journey to enhance customer lifetime value and retention. The job entails a strong focus on development & implementation of creative, highly-targeted, below-the-line micro-segmented campaign offers, based on customer insights.

MBA/ Masters or CFA
Experience Required: More than two years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop CLM plans with stakeholders.
– Ensure CLM plans are in line with the CLM strategy.
– Monitoring and analyses of customers within CLM and business intelligence e.g. customer behaviour, segments/offerings/products related trends, etc.
– End to end implementation of CLM campaigns:

1 Campaign design
2 Business-case development
3 Campaign implementation
4 Campaign reporting (during campaign and post campaign)
5 Analysis

– Develop/improve systems and processes for campaign implementation and ensure that they are followed.
– Tracking / reporting of budgets , campaigns via Campaign Management Solution / BO / DWH / Excel etc.
– Perform post campaign analysis.
– Responsible for CLM plans implementation.
