Job Description:
The HR Intern will provide operational support to the Human Resources Recruiting Team and Consultants.
Responsibilities:
– Coordinate monthly new hire orientations onsite and remotely.
– People Click Applicant Tracking (ATS) administrator.
– Schedule and coordinate interviews for staffing team and hiring managers.
– Maintain HR website and interface with marketing department regarding changes.
– Interface with Operations Center regarding process and paperwork for new hires and transfers.
– Track e-Verify and eI-9 compliance; interface with ADP to create new users as necessary.
– Interface with Operations Center regarding process and paperwork for new hires and transfers.
– Provide recruiting assistance for interns.
– Coordinate logistics for team meetings.
– General and administrative duties.
Requirements:
– Current student in good standing who has a desire to pursue a career in HR.
Minimum GPA of 2.8
– Excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills a must.
– Highly proficient technical Skills in MS Office Suite a must.
– Previous administrative position or internship in a corporate setting preferred.
– Flexible schedule with Full-Time.
