Job Description:
Handle fiber optic transmission equipment and OSP network faults
Ensure that the service KPIs related to troubleshooting, escalation and fault management are met
Oversee on site correction of performance degraded links highlighted by the regional manager

Expertise in handling SDH/DWDM equipment and using fiber optic OSP test gears.
Good communication skills
Expertise in preparing business objects reports
Proficient in operating MS Office suite
