Job Description:

Professional business level English writing skills to respond clients email correspondence
Remote desktop support experience using remote desktop support tools
Expert level with MSOffice applications such as MSWord, MSExcel, MSPowerPoint and the experience supporting users of these applications
Helpdesk support experience such as working with service request ticketing system
Familiarity with Windows servers to distinguish between desktop vs. server related issues for respective escalation
Good troubleshooting skills to resolve issues such as
Password resets
Email issues
Lost files
Missing files
Internet explorer not working
Point of sale workstation not working
Other MS office related issues
Master degree in computer science related field
Relevant technical certifications especially A+ and MCSE
Some experience working with Windows servers such as Active Directory, Exchange, IIS and File Servers
Some experience with networking
