Job Description:
Validate and follow up of Preventive Maintenance by vendors in their respective areas
Maintain reporting of sites Audits as per schedule
Analyze issue based KPIs through statistical reports
Provide on site support to NOC for Level II issues
Ensure that vendors meet the standard Grade of Service (GoS)
Take innovative measures to diagnose and highlight quality issues in the network

Sound knowledge of GSM environment with expertise in TXN/BSS/Power
Proficient in operating MS Office suite
