Minimum B.S. Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial)
Minimum 10 years experience in heavy industries.
Good manufacturing knowledge with advanced interpersonal and supervisory skills.
Business and Management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, HR modeling, leadership technique and production methods.
