Job Description:
Oversee extraction of information from raw data generated by different Network
Entities
Oversee calculation of KPIs, KQIs & KEIs from information and:
Analyze these indicators and their trends
Generate reports based on this analysis
Automation of this process

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly Quality Reports of complete network (NSS &

BSS), including all vendors (Motorola, Alcatel, Huawei & NSN)
Analyze and highlight Network Issues with respect to feedback from ASTS team
and propose solutions
Implement diagnostic approach to findings of NPM team to suggest reasons
relating to network health
Liaise with other departments to improve network quality
Develop KPIs and generate Reports on tools like Tekelec IAC and Astellia
Manage complete maintenance and usage of data manipulation tools like Xeugma and Xaxiz

Be well versed with Network Health and Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Be a Self starter, team player, be able to work in self-organizing teams and
be able to take initiatives
Be able to work under pressure and should be able to work long hours if
required.
Detailed knowledge of GSM Network, Network Entities, Interfaces, Protocols,

CDRs and Counters of Mobile (2G, 3G) networks, IP networks, VAS, IN, NSS &
BSS.
Preferred background experience in RF / NSS optimization / VAS
Software development experience (Object Oriented) in Java or C#.
Sound Programming Skills in SQL for DBMS like Ms SQL Server or mySQL.
Sound Programming Skills in JSP or ASP.NET or PHP
Expertise in Text Editor like TextPad
Proficient in operating Ms Office 2007, should have advanced level proficiency
in Ms Excel 2007
Good communication skills – written and oral
