Job Description:
Candidates should be able to answer phone calls at IT help desk and final level analysis and trouble shooting for IT problems. Should be able to prepare purchase order requisitions; service order requisitions; call off requisitions; prepare service entry sheets.

Carry out contract related administration duties such as filing, updating contract dates, keeping track of invoices. Should be well versed in administration duties along with translation of documents from English or Arsbic or French and vice versa. Should be able to organize conferences, meetings as per requirement. Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic mandatory; fluency in French will be an added advantage. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in user support, trouble shooting, Windows XP installation.
