About the Job of Deputy Manager Mechanical:

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in mechanical maintenance and operations.
Responsibilities:
Here is a list of responsibilities for this role:
- Assist with functional audits to identify areas for site improvements.
- Comprehensive review of the mechanical systems and equipment to ensure they are functioning optimally and in compliance with safety standards.
- Monitoring leading and lagging indicators related to safety.
- Participate in behavioral safety and pre-start-up safety procedure
- Esnsure that all safety protocols are followed diligently.
- Perform regular job safety analysis and housekeeping audits.
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure the timely execution of planned maintenance activities. Supervising and overseeing the work carried out by external contractors, making sure it aligns with the maintenance plan.
- Responsible for planning routine maintenance activities for equipment and machinery.
- Scheduling and overseeing maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and maintain the reliability of critical machinery.
- Review and implementation of equipment and plant maintenance procedures for mining equipment as well as mobile and fixed plant machinery.
- Ensure that all maintenance practices are up to date and in accordance with industry standards.
