Who They Seek:
The ideal candidate for this role should embody:
1.
A degree in Chemical Engineering (BE/BS).
2.
3 to 5 years of hands-on experience independently managing shifts in a
Petro Chemical/Process plant.
3.
A collaborative spirit with an aptitude for initiating improvements.
Responsibilities:
As Gatron Shift Engineers, your responsibilities as a Shift Engineer
encompass:
1.
Independently oversee shifts in a Petro Chemical/Process plant, ensuring
operational smoothness and adherence to safety standards.
2.
Collaborate with the team to uphold production efficiency.
3.
Actively identify areas for process enhancement and optimization.
4.
Spearheaded and implemented changes to elevate overall plant performance.
5.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting seamless
communication and cooperation.
6.
Provide guidance and support to team members when needed.
